Strong communities start with healthy homes. LMCH thinks so – and we think so too.

London & Middlesex Community Housing believes healthy homes are the foundation of a better tomorrow. Providing over 3,000 housing units for more than 5,000 people, the organization helps low-income individuals from diverse backgrounds access safe places to live in a supportive environment. We love the value LMCH provides to our community, so when they needed help with their brand guidelines and website, we were delighted to help.

Better for All

When you build for accessibility, you build for everyone.
To make sure the LMCH website fully meets the needs of its community, we kept the Accessibility for Ontarians with Disabilities Act and multi-language support top-of-mind, designing a final product that’s easy for all community members to use. We didn’t stop there, though – the site is custom-built for back-end users as well, with tiered access and a new content management system so LMCH employees see only what they need, edit content on the fly and upload important documents like annual reports seamlessly.

Creating a brand is one thing… capturing it in a comprehensive brand guidelines document and applying it consistently is another. We aren’t afraid to say we didn’t create the LMCH brand. Instead, we’re proud of the way we distilled it down into guidelines that help everyone in the organization apply it well. We also think the business cards, e-signatures, corporate documentation and more we designed look pretty incredible (if we do say so ourselves)!
